Cancellation & refund policy

Cancelling an order

• You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number. Prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders can both be cancelled.
• Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. For a Cash on Delivery order you may refuse the parcel at delivery; for a prepaid order you can return it as per our Return Policy.
• We may cancel an order if a product goes out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, the price shown was wrong because of a technical error, or the order looks fraudulent. We will inform you and refund any amount paid.

Refund timelines

• Prepaid order cancelled before shipping: full refund, started within 1 working day of cancellation.
• Returned product: refund started within 2 working days after the product reaches us and passes inspection.
• Refunds reach you within 5–7 working days after they are started, depending on your bank.

Refund mode

• Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are refunded to the same account or card used for payment, through our payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you share with us.
• Delivery charges are refunded in full when the cancellation or return is because of our error (damaged, wrong or expired product).

Payment deducted but order not placed

If money was deducted but you did not receive an order number, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway within 5–7 working days. If it is not, write to us with the transaction ID and we will resolve it.
